It’s baaaaack!!

The 6 month container for sacred sisterhood here in Cleveland, Ohio.

More than a Women’s Circle, this group is designed to initiate deep, lasting bonds with other women living & seeking their truth and purpose. The Village has been curated to take you on a journey to finding the deeper parts of yourself and holding your magic and unique medicine with reverence.

3 women from my last cohort have rejoined (& they ALL would have if timing has worked out) & 3 new women have entered the space. That leaves 2 spots left… and one of them is meant for YOU!

We have a monthly sacred circle with an refreshments, a beautiful altar, a meditation journey, reflective journaling, and a soundbath. We also meet on zoom 3 times in the 6 months and have 3 casual meetups (think forest walk or pj night at someone’s house) as well.

It’s the perfect balance of finding and pushing your edges and also finding and nestling into your safe, cozy space.

Cleveland Women— Join me for a Circle & Reiki Infused Soundbath on 9/13 at 6:30pm.

Whether it's you or someone else that needs forgiveness, there comes a time when we need to let go.

Anger & grief are important parts of our human experience. We must allow ourselves time to wallow & sit with our feelings. But often, we forget to release the heaviness. We swallow it and inevitably, it stays there, creating a sludge that slows down the manifestations we want to call in.

What in your life do you carry shame or guilt around? Who in your life do you blame or project onto at times? Where in your body you feel heavy? Where do you feel stuck?

In a guided "Forgiveness Fairy" meditation & reiki infused soundbath, you will invite your anger to melt away and clear space for more peace, goodness, & beauty in your heart.

Enjoy connecting with women in your community & the stunning reminder we receive when we gather in circle-- you are not alone.

You’ll also leave with a forgiveness ritual you can practice at home, taking some of the magical energy from our Circle back to your own space.

The more I get to know myself, the more I love & accept myself.

The more I step into the shadows of my soul & welcome my darkness, the more I inspire myself.

The more I release the ideals that I've been conditioned to reach for, the more peace & joy I can feel in my heart.

I used to be scared of seeing myself clearly.

Scared of uncovering whatever I'd chosen to hide or repress over the course of my life.

But I've learned that the more I strip away old layers…

The more I open to meeting my truest self…

The more I allow myself to explore & create & play…

The braver I feel.

It feels like being surrounded by an aura of permission.

Permission to be true.

Permission to live life in the pursuit of pleasure.

🕯Winter solstice is approaching. As the seasons change, so do we, and so we gather to reflect upon the transitions we find ourselves in, lovingly release that which is ready to fall away, and initiate a deep intention to prioritize rest.

❄️ I invite you to welcome winter in, alongside sisters in your local community, in the brand new location for in Cleveland Heights.

🧘‍♀️ Finish off the year with a beautiful sacred pause, celebrating this unique moment in time… a chapter in your life that will never be quite like this one.

⭕️WHAT IS A WOMEN'S CIRCLE?
A Circle is a sacred space for women to intentionally gather & deepen connection to self & the collective. I create an inclusive, warm, safe environment for those who identify as women to come together and share their experience & to reconnect with their feminine energy, all without judgement.
Whether you’ve been to Circles before, facilitated them yourself, or have never even heard of one, you will feel seen, heard, & held during these intimate gatherings.

👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏼Women’s Circles have been around since ancient times, and while modern day circles may have a different flow, you can still expect ritual & ceremony to be a part of the experience. They're kind of like a gentle blend of group therapy & meditation-- there is thoughtful, facilitated discussion & sharing, as well as time to lay back & receive music or channeled messages coming through to lovingly support you.

📝WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Dress comfortably & notebook & pen, a water bottle (no strenuous activity, but nice to have!), and if you wish, you can bring a blanket to be extra cozy!
If you wish to dress in the spirit of the solstice or tapping into your divine feminine, you are fully encouraged to do so! No stress though-- come as you are, dress comfortably (pjs are welcome!) & travel as light as you wish. All will be well.

An altar space to gather around, a light cushion, yoga mat, & candle.
