So devastated by the impact this flood has had on so many friends and loved ones. You all are so resilient and strong.

As you move into stages of recovery, I hope you find encouragement in these words:
"And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed." (Deuteronomy 31:8)
