MEET OUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR FOR TODAY•DERRICK :
Derrick Ingram, better known as “DerrickFlows”, is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher that intends to always create safe space for students to grow from the inside out. Since finding yoga in 2017, he has enhanced life tremendously and seeks to share the rawness of yoga. Derrick graduated from the People’s Practice Teacher Training, a hybrid training facilitated by Meeyogi & Urban Yoga, in 2020. As a former Division 1 Athlete, he understands the importance of stretching the body and practicing mindfulness. By combining his athletic background and yoga experience, Derrick leads dynamic flows to bring strength, length and peace upon your body
