Unbelievably proud of our very own #21 Kayiah Evans for being honored as Defensive Player of the Year for the 2025 WCPS Flag Football season 🏆

Kayiah had major impact on the game every time she stepped on the field and also showed absolute grit playing almost the entire season with a broken finger. With 54 flag pulls, 6 interceptions and 2 pick sixes it’s no surprise she was also the team’s MVP for this season. Way to go Kayiah!! 💙💛🏈

We would also like to recognize:

Emma Norris- offensive first team
Kaylee Hensley- offensive second team
Caitlyn Thompson- offensive second team

Gaby Zavala- defensive first team
Mariah Grimes- defensive second team
Cheyenne Jesson- defensive second team

Honorable mentions-
Anna Kehr, Khloe Kehr, Brielle Enow, Caitlyn Thompson (defense)
