Power And Grace Preparatory Academy Power & Grace Preparatory Academy is a private, Christian school serving Pre-Kindergarten 3 - 8th grades. The establishment of PGPA is being led by Katobwa B.

Power And Grace Preparatory Academy (PGPA) is a newly established Christian school in Clarksville, Tennessee. Our doors opened to classes starting September 1, 2015. PGPA is committed to a unique mission of preparing youth for life by building character and academic excellence with an emphasis on Jesus Christ and leadership. With our first year, we accepted students from Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten. We now accept students from Pre-K 3 through 3rd grade and are hoping to expand through 5th grade soon. We are a ACSI member (Association of Christian Schools International) and will apply for AdvancEd National Accreditation after the required years of academic performance. Power And Grace will be located at 219 Suite B Dunbar Cave Road. We are not associated with any particular church and welcome anyone of the Christian faith to join us. Power and Grace highly encourages the participation of parents as we believe your involvement will help to catapult your child to success. It is our belief that the partnership of teachers and parents can assist our mutual goal of providing a quality Christian education. Children learn, grow, and excel through your participation. PGPA’s vision is to serve the community as a catalyst known for helping to launch the lives of young people into the stratosphere of success. With the motto of “Maximizing Power and Grace in YOUth,” PGPA will build character by continuously espousing the principle of P.O.W.E.R., which is the “Positive Outlook Wills Extraordinary Results” for life in Jesus Christ. Recognizing that all youth are potentially gifted, PGPA will emphasis G.R.A.C.E., meaning students are noted as “Gifted for Remarkable Academic Competence toward Excellence.” Because “power and grace” are needed metaphorically to take and sustain flight toward success as future leaders, students blessed to attend PGPA will be uniquely known as Positively Identified Leaders Of Tomorrow or P.I.L.O.T.s. Stallworth, a gifted principal with more than ten years of experience in effectively leading a local Christian school and who earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. Today, we celebrated the grandparents who help make our children who they are.

Grandparents are part of the roots that keep families grounded, the stories that connect generations, and the love that continues to grow with every branch.

We are so grateful for every grandparent who shows up, pours into our children, shares wisdom, creates memories, and reminds them where they come from.

Strong roots create beautiful branches. And today, we celebrated both. 💙

Woo hoo 🙌 ! STEAM Fridays have officially started!

The solar energy experiment rocked for our first STEAM Friday of the 2026-2027 school years!!!

The 4th - 7th grade students were so excited! Solar energy is so amazing! The students learned that when you pull the suns ☀️ heat and contain it in heat panels and learn the process of how to convert that sunlight to power was awesome! When the lamp came on the students cheered. Thank you PGPA educators Mr. Reeder, Ms. Sims and Mrs. Hearns.

🔔💰 WE’VE GOT NEW MEMBERS AT CLAYBROOK BANK! 💰🔔

The chant started… the excitement kicked in… and then came that sound! 👀💵

When a PGPA student earns $50 in C-Bucks, they get to fill out their very own deposit slip, just like they would at a real bank. Then Mrs. C makes the deposit into the Claybrook Bank, complete with the cha-ching of the cash register! 💰🔔

And let us tell you… THE KIDS WERE HYPE! 😂🙌🏾

This week, we’re celebrating Alexa, Addison, and Gabriel as they officially became Claybrook Bank members! 🎉

And we can’t forget Haley, our very FIRST Claybrook Bank member, who reached the $50 milestone last week and started us off strong! 👏🏾💙We’ll share her Member Spotlight photo and video in the comments!

This is what happens when good choices, hard work, responsibility, and leadership pay off. Our students are learning to earn it, save it, and celebrate their success along the way.

Our PGPA Dads Understood the Assignment! 💙

If you thought the moms were showing out… DADS SAID, “HOLD MY DONUT.” 😂

They came ready to make memories, make their kids smile, and maybe just a little bit determined to outdo the moms. And honestly? We love to see it! 👏🏾

Because there is something so powerful about a child looking up and seeing Dad show up for them. The laughter, the hugs, the conversations, the silly moments, the quality time… those are the memories that become a part of who our children are.

Today wasn’t just about donuts. It was about presence. It was about letting our children know, “You are worth my time. You are worth showing up for. And I’m proud to be your dad.”

To all of our amazing dads, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures who showed up and showed OUT today… you understood the assignment! 👏🏾
