Making Your Health A Priority!!! I'm Ajaie Albert and I fell truly in love with health and fitness in 2012. I considered myself to be in great shape.
I always been the top performer in anything athletic but I found myself in a hospital in ICU with a collapsed left lung, high blood pressure, a mild stroke, and my heart was inflamed. I was in the army for 15 years at this point and top physical performer in every unit I had ever been in. I was a master fitness trainer for the army and a weight loss program director for over 10 years and saw some
amazing transformation, not only their bodies, but also their minds and spirits. Equipped with the knowledge these Soldiers lost individually 60-100+ lbs.. When I began to truly fall in love with making my health a priority, I trained regularly but I trained harder than I ever had before. I trained with the Soldiers but now I’ve started to understand my secret disappointment in my efforts to do better. While training, on the other hand, something clicked! This wasn't for them: Soldiers, Officers, Non-commission Officers, friends, etc. THIS is for ME! This is for my quality of life, not to get promoted, not brag, and not to be the best. It's about making my overall health the best it could be and continue to help others even outside of the Army to make their health a priority.
