It’s been a while since I’ve really been active online, so I figured I’d give everyone a little update on life.
Truthfully, stepping away from social media for a while was a very intentional decision. I consciously pulled back from constantly being online, cut back on performing, and spent less time chasing attention on the internet because I wanted to fully immerse myself in something that matters infinitely more to me… being a dad.
Watching my toddler grow into a young boy has easily been the greatest experience of my life. He is the pride and joy of my world, and I didn’t want to miss these years because I was too busy trying to constantly “be seen” online. So I chose to be present instead.
That doesn’t mean I disappeared creatively though. Far from it.
I’ve continued writing, building educational content, working with high school students, developing my college success material, and expanding the projects connected to my book and online course. I’ve also been deep into writing and developing a pilot episode for a very unique comedy show that I genuinely hope the world gets to see someday. It’s weird, different, funny, and unlike anything I’ve seen on television. (And no… it’s not the ME/CFS family sitcom idea. That dream is still alive too.)
At the same time, medical care and advocacy have never taken a back seat in our lives. That journey continues to be a major part of our day-to-day reality, and honestly, it has also created some incredibly strong new comedy material. So… get ready for that.
Life lately has basically been a balancing act of family, creativity, writing, healthcare, parenting, projects, and trying to build meaningful things while staying grounded in the people who matter most.
Some days are exhausting. Some are exciting. Most are both at once.
But I’m still here. Still creating. Still writing. Still building. And probably more motivated than ever before.
I appreciate everyone who has continued supporting me through all the different chapters of life. More to come soon.

Big news… 🎤
My comedy special I Can’t Stand Stand-Up Comedy is now available on Spotify and all major audio streaming platforms.
This one means a lot to me.
I know that for many people—especially those living with ME/CFS, Long COVID, POTS, and other forms of dysautonomia—watching a full video on a screen isn’t always possible. So now, you can experience the entire special in a way that works for you… just press play and listen.
This wasn’t just made to make you laugh (although I hope it does). It was made with you in mind.
If you check it out, let me know what you think. And if it makes you laugh even once—that’s a win.
🎧 Available now on your favorite streaming platform.
