It’s been a while since I’ve really been active online, so I figured I’d give everyone a little update on life.

Truthfully, stepping away from social media for a while was a very intentional decision. I consciously pulled back from constantly being online, cut back on performing, and spent less time chasing attention on the internet because I wanted to fully immerse myself in something that matters infinitely more to me… being a dad.

Watching my toddler grow into a young boy has easily been the greatest experience of my life. He is the pride and joy of my world, and I didn’t want to miss these years because I was too busy trying to constantly “be seen” online. So I chose to be present instead.

That doesn’t mean I disappeared creatively though. Far from it.

I’ve continued writing, building educational content, working with high school students, developing my college success material, and expanding the projects connected to my book and online course. I’ve also been deep into writing and developing a pilot episode for a very unique comedy show that I genuinely hope the world gets to see someday. It’s weird, different, funny, and unlike anything I’ve seen on television. (And no… it’s not the ME/CFS family sitcom idea. That dream is still alive too.)

At the same time, medical care and advocacy have never taken a back seat in our lives. That journey continues to be a major part of our day-to-day reality, and honestly, it has also created some incredibly strong new comedy material. So… get ready for that.

Life lately has basically been a balancing act of family, creativity, writing, healthcare, parenting, projects, and trying to build meaningful things while staying grounded in the people who matter most.

Some days are exhausting. Some are exciting. Most are both at once.

But I’m still here. Still creating. Still writing. Still building. And probably more motivated than ever before.

I appreciate everyone who has continued supporting me through all the different chapters of life. More to come soon.

Big news… 🎤

My comedy special I Can’t Stand Stand-Up Comedy is now available on Spotify and all major audio streaming platforms.

This one means a lot to me.

I know that for many people—especially those living with ME/CFS, Long COVID, POTS, and other forms of dysautonomia—watching a full video on a screen isn’t always possible. So now, you can experience the entire special in a way that works for you… just press play and listen.

This wasn’t just made to make you laugh (although I hope it does). It was made with you in mind.

If you check it out, let me know what you think. And if it makes you laugh even once—that’s a win.

🎧 Available now on your favorite streaming platform.

What if your biggest challenge didn’t stop your life—it just became one more thing to laugh through?

You, M.E. & The Family is a heartfelt mockumentary sitcom we created to show that chronic illness doesn’t have to define someone’s life. It’s about love, humor, and resilience.

Christina was once a high-powered event coordinator. After developing M.E./CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), everything changed—but life didn’t stop. It just got more complicated, messier, and funnier in unexpected ways.

We wanted to create something that reflects what so many families live quietly: adapting, adjusting, and finding laughter in the middle of uncertainty. This show doesn’t treat illness as tragedy—it treats it as part of real life. Because people with chronic conditions still have stories full of humor, love, sarcasm, and chaos.

The pilot follows our family—a mom living with M.E./CFS, a dad who thinks he’s the star of a documentary, a Halloween-obsessed toddler, and two sets of parents who mean well but create their own brand of chaos. It’s funny, grounded, and full of heart.

We made this trailer independently to prove that stories like this belong on screen. But here’s the truth: if it doesn’t go viral, it won’t get made. We don’t have a network or studio yet—just the belief that this story matters and that audiences are ready for something both honest and uplifting.

If this trailer made you laugh, smile, or feel seen, please share it. Tag someone who would relate. Comment, save, or repost it. Every view, like, and share makes a difference.

Let’s show the entertainment world that representation doesn’t have to be heavy—it can be hopeful, funny, and real.

You, M.E. & The Family is a perfectly imperfect sitcom about love, laughter, and life with one more thing to manage.

My favorite day every week has become a new amazing tradition known as Daddy-Son Funday. I am the luckiest dada in the world to have these moments.
