-The school provides a backpack and a water bottle for students.
-You may want to bring your own pens/pencils, a few folders, and some lined paper for note-taking and organization.
-Remember to check the Laurel Oaks website for information about uniforms.

Dear Parents:
Per the Ohio Department of Health, immunization requirements for the 2026-27 school year are ALL 12th graders need the following:
MCV4-Meningococcal vaccine
As with other school immunization requirements, students who do not provide documentation of these immunizations may be subject to exclusion from school.
We need WRITTEN evidence of this immunization or a written Legal Immunization Exempt form (found on the school website under Health Services) as soon as possible. If you have already provided this documentation, please disregard. If your student’s immunization has already been completed, please upload a copy of the medical record to Final Forms, fax to (937)744-4531 or email to [email protected]. **Please note- If your student attends Laurel Oaks, please turn the records in to Clinton-Massie as we are the home school and required by the state to track vaccine compliance for all students.
