Hey folks! I’ve had several ask in the last few weeks, and the answer is YES! We are still training great men and women who value their need for preparedness and skill-building. We don’t do many large-form classes because, although very successful, it just doesn’t seem terribly attractive to many folks (maybe my teaching style is better for individuals and small groups…who knows?). But we do private sessions on a semi-regular basis and always see massive improvement each time. It just works. Plain and simple.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to get a date on the books.

As you can see, California continues its statewide effort to universally screw everything up, all at the same time, together.

Moron 1 and Moron 2 really worked hard to get this one right while Moron 3 stood there smiling because pointing guns at each other is funny.

All you cops with level 3 holsters who struggle to get your weapon out during the most stress free annual qualifications but still refuse to dry fire out of the holster everyday…this is what you look like and it might just get you killed one day. Zero excuse.

I KNOW I’M LATE TO THE PARTY, BUT I’M HERE AND I FEEL LIKE THAT SHOULD COUNT FOR SOMETHING.

As a lifetime “G***k guy”, I know my people aren’t perfect. For instance, no matter how many new generations of their models they come out with, they seem completely incapable of developing a nice crisp trigger with a short break after the wall (even if the short reset on the new Gen6 models is a great improvement).

Enter the M&P2.0. I haven’t shot an M&P since the original version, and while I liked it, it was basically just a rebranded G***k. This kept me from caring too much about the 2.0 until I stumbled into one recently. I find nothing special about this gun EXCEPT the obviously superior trigger. And good lord is it superior. Short travel to the wall, quick/crisp break, and short-ish reset.

I still love my G***ks. I’ll die on the hill of “if you can be a shooter with a stock G***k, you can be a shooter with anything”, but man oh man G***k needs to take some trigger cues from S&W and several other manufacturers. Then they might truly be “G***k Perfection”.

Anyway, here’s a few rounds downrange at the 25 yard line.

Be safe. Be dangerous. And go to the range. You’re not as good as you think you are.
