Last week we learned all about Butterflies! From egg to caterpillars to the multitude of beautiful butterflies! My favorite part of the week was all of the wonderful co-play and peer-teaching that happened. Working together with the block sorter, a crank car track and many other fine motor activities, our “bigs” showed so much patience and caring for our little ones💕

🌎 Earth Day! 🌏 we had a great week learning about how we can help protect and care for our earth! The preschoolers even went out on Wednesday to help clean up trash in the neighborhood! We were all very excited to welcome our newest little friend this week! And there was extra excitement as the kids got to watch Martha’s car get towed right out of the garage 😩🤣 sad for me fun for them!!!

Last weeks we had 2 more birthdays!!! The preschoolers learned about frogs and toads 🐸 worked on cutting, glue and ordering, made jumping animals, and listed to different frog sounds. We enjoyed the sunshine while it lasted and can’t wait for more of that later in the week!
April is the Month of the Young Child! We planted pinwheels to represent our drive to making the world a safe, loving place for all children!
