Sunday Gratitude ✨
Last year around this time, I shared a post about resilience, loss, and pushing forward through a slower season in business. Reading it again today reminded me just how far I’ve come.
In 2016, I lost my mom—my best friend and my biggest cheerleader. Her strength still carries me, especially on quiet Sundays like this one.
Even during seasons that didn’t move as fast as I hoped, I kept showing up. I kept smiling. I kept pouring into others. And doors continued to open.
Today, I’m grateful for:
✨ The opportunities that grew out of consistency
✨ The people and communities I’ve been able to impact
✨ The reminders that slow seasons are still seasons of purpose
If you’re in a stretch of uncertainty, keep going. Your impact is unfolding, even when you can’t see it yet.

Opening the doors of Global Success Academy by September 2025 is an uphill battle due to funding and shifts from Ohio EdChoice Scholarships. While microschools are designed to be tuition-based, it is impossible to believe that tuition alone can fully cover the school's needs. If any organizations would like to partner to make education more equitable and accessible to English Language Learners and high school students seeking to become biliterate, please reach out to me.

🚨 Global Success Academy Update 🚨
I’ve always believed in the power of education to transform lives—especially for students who’ve been traditionally marginalized. My vision for Global Success Academy was (and still is) bold: to provide students in Cincinnati with a high-quality, bilingual, and career-focused education that prepares them for both college and the workforce. I wanted to flood our city with young, empowered, bilingual high school graduates ready to lead.
Right now, that vision is in limbo.
With the current national climate and significant funding cuts in areas critical to launching and sustaining a thriving microschool, it's becoming harder to see a clear path forward for a September 2025 opening.
That said—this dream is not dead. I am still actively looking for funding opportunities, students, partners, and a location that can help bring Global Success Academy to life. It may take more time than I hoped, but I know the need is there—and one day, this vision will become a reality.
