Today is Optimistic Thursday!! 3 things to know:
1). Greene Notes is coming on Sunday PACKED with information for Get Connected and Greene 101…along with some previews of the year to come!
2). We are putting the final touches on teams and homerooms—we want to make sure we send the right information! An email will be sent to parent/guardians tomorrow at 4pm.
3). We are INCREDIBLY excited to welcome you back and can’t WAIT to get the 26-27 school year started!!!

☀️ Summer meals are available for Sycamore families! 🍎🥪

As we head into summer, we want to help families stretch their grocery budgets. Free summer meal sites will be open throughout the community, offering breakfast and lunch to all children and teens ages 1–18 — no registration, income requirements, or ID needed.

Please check the flyer below for local locations, dates, and serving times to help your family plan ahead. These community meal sites are completely free and funded through the USDA Summer Food Service Program.

To find additional meal sites near you, visit the USDA Summer Meals Site Finder at www.fns.usda.gov/summer/sitefinder. Ohio locations are still being added, so check back often if you don’t see your neighborhood listed yet!

Welp, that’s a wrap on the school year, folks! 🎉 We hope everyone has a wonderful, relaxing, and well-deserved summer break! ☀️

Today was Field Day, and we definitely didn’t let the rain get us down. Our students had an absolute blast enjoying indoor activities and making memories with their friends. There were inflatables, a game room, karaoke, Heads Up Seven Up in the cafeteria, yearbook and t-shirt signing, team challenges, and SO. MUCH. FOOD. 🍕🎤🎈🎮✍️

This terrific trio—Mr. Cole, Mrs. Constable, and Mrs. Lamping—grilled out and provided lunch for the staff to celebrate the end of the school year! 🍔🌭🔥

They consistently go out of their way to create a fun, supportive, and inviting environment for everyone on staff, and this was just another example of their thoughtfulness and generosity.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was even better, and the appreciation was felt by all. We are so grateful for all they do to make our school such a positive place to work! 💛👏
