Teachers looking for comradery, relief, and support during these last few weeks of the school year (with a backdrop of immense political and economic uncertainty, by the way): there are still some spots available in the "Somatics for Educators" class I'm teaching starting this Thursday. I truly believe that learning how to ground, pay attention to the body, and act from a centered place is one of the most important ways we can be preparing ourselves for whatever is to come.
