Keep Halloween safe and fun with these tips for your little learners:
- Bright Costumes: Wear light-colored outfits or add reflective tape to be easy to see.
-Glow Sticks & Flashlights: Light the way to keep everyone visible and help you find your way in the dark
- Hold Hands: Always stick with an adult and watch for traffic.
- Safe Treats: Save the candy sampling for home so it can be checked first!

Congratulations to Héctor Polanco as he celebrates his 7th Year with the Cincinnati Preschool Promise as Finance Director. His diligent efforts ensure that CPP's finances are used effectively to deliver on our mission and we maintain a GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency. He works closely with the CPS Treasurer and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati finance team to manage an annual budget of $8+Million. Hector also lends support at outreach events to enhance our translation and interpretation efforts and ensure we communicate with our multi-lingual families and children. CPP reached a milestone this year by providing Tuition Assistance to more than 12,000 children at community and CPS preschools since 2017. The driving force behind CPP's successful enrollment is the Outreach and Enrollment team lead by Florence Malone-Crump. This marks her 7th year with CPP and she has been promoted to Director of Community Engagement.

This month Brittnii Pina celebrates 7 years with CPP and has been named the Director of Quality Education. She is responsible for CPP's Quality Improvement initiatives that have helped more than 243 preschools achieve higher quality ratings in Ohio's Step Uo Tp Quality system. She focuses on creating quality learning environments and developing professional development opportunities that help children learn and grow.
