Your arm pits can tell a lot about your health. Arm pits should really be a pit, not a bubble.

Your right arm pit connects to your liver & your left connects to your kidneys. If either of them bulge outwards your lymphatic system isn’t functioning to its full potential.

Try a 24 hour fruit & water fast once a week, try a lemon water 1st thing in the morning, increase your fiber intake (a kiwi daily) and add a 15 min walk to you daily routine. 😉
