Pietra Power

Pietra Power classes are advanced classes that focus on either challenging your cardiovascular system or building strength. The cardio classes incorporate dynamic movements that raise the intensity and elevate your heart rate. Because the continuous, quick movements engage more muscles, they also build strength. The strength classes build strength and endurance by holding poses and adding more reps. Because of the resistance training involved, these classes can also raise your heart rate. Pietra Power is where cardio and strength converge!
