On Tuesday of Holy Week, Jesus spent much of His time in the temple being questioned, challenged, and tested by religious leaders.
And instead of backing down, He leaned in.
He spoke directly about stewardship, accountability, and what it means to be faithful with what we’ve been entrusted.
Parables like the talents weren’t just stories—they were a clear reminder:
We are responsible for what we’ve been given.
Time. Influence. Resources.
As leaders, it’s easy to measure success by growth, revenue, or scale.
But this week is a good reminder that there’s a deeper question:
Have we been faithful?
Grateful to walk alongside other leaders who are asking that question—not just during Holy Week, but all year long.

As leaders, how we steward our time says a lot about what we truly value. Grateful for voices like Jordan Raynor and Mike Sharrow helping us think about leadership through the lens of faith.

What if the way you steward time matters far more than how much you accomplish?
Many leaders don’t struggle because they lack capacity.
They struggle because they lack alignment between priorities, purpose, and presence.
That’s why we’re inviting you to a free webinar with best-selling author Jordan Raynor and C12 CEO Mike Sharrow, where we’ll explore how leaders can view time not as a performance metric, but as a stewardship responsibility shaped by faith and calling.

Trees that grow in strong winds develop deeper roots.
What’s fascinating is why this happens. When trees are exposed to consistent wind, they respond by strengthening their root systems. The resistance signals the tree to grow deeper and more stable below the surface. Without that wind, trees may grow faster—but they’re often weaker and more vulnerable when storms eventually come.
Leadership works the same way.
Every leader has blind spots. That’s unavoidable. But leaders who place themselves in environments where honest feedback is welcomed—and expected—develop deeper roots. In C12, that “wind” often comes through trusted peers who are committed to truth, growth, and faith-driven leadership.
Scripture reminds us of this principle:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17)
Sharpening isn’t passive. It involves friction. But that friction is what produces strength, clarity, and growth beneath the surface—where it matters most.
Leaders who avoid resistance may feel more comfortable, but comfort doesn’t build depth.
Leaders who invite truth, counsel, and accountability grow roots that allow them—and their organizations—to stand firm when challenges come.
👉 Where in your leadership have you intentionally surrounded yourself with people who help your roots grow deeper?

As leaders, it’s easy to drift into a compartmentalized life—one version of ourselves at work, another at home, and yet another in our walk with the Lord. But God invites us into something better: an integrated life that honors Him in every area.
This month, C12 is encouraging leaders to pause and reflect:
One day, when you look back on your life, will you feel peace…or regret?
If you’re looking for a simple but meaningful way to evaluate where you are, C12’s Life & Leadership Balance Wheel is a great place to start. It helps you take an honest look at the areas God has entrusted to you—and consider what faithful stewardship looks like moving forward.
I’m grateful to walk alongside leaders pursuing whole-life excellence and Christ-centered leadership. If you’re curious about what this kind of support looks like or how C12 equips Christian CEOs and business owners, I’d be glad to connect.

Is your company ready for a crisis?
Most leaders hope they’ll never face one — but crisis often reveals what’s been built beneath the surface. Systems, culture, and trust are all tested when pressure hits.
As a Christian CEO coach, I’ve seen how faith-filled preparation — both practical and spiritual — changes everything. Leaders who anchor their trust in God before the storm lead with clarity, peace, and compassion when it matters most.
“The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord.” — Proverbs 21:31
Resilience isn’t built in the crisis; it’s built before it.
What step can you take this week to strengthen your readiness — and your reliance on Him?
At C12, we help Christian CEOs and business owners build great businesses for a greater purpose. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to reach out — I’d be happy to share what that looks like in practice.

Every leader faces conflict.
But for the Christ-centered leader, conflict is also an opportunity — to practice humility, seek wisdom, and build stronger teams through grace and truth.
At C12, we help CEOs and business owners prepare for the unprepared — not to avoid conflict, but to steward it well.
When handled with integrity, healthy tension deepens trust, sharpens ideas, and strengthens culture.
💭 How is your leadership shaping the way conflict builds or erodes trust?
