Monday May 4th launches a time change to my 9AM weekly vinyasa yoga Monday class in Newport Kentucky @ The Yoga Bar.

To celebrate Star Wars Day coinciding, I pulled from my secret vault of photos!

➡️ in 2022 I was cast as Princess Leia by A Moment of Magic, a national nonprofit student-based organization dedicated to Supporting medically vulnerable children’s mental health & education. through play, we were creating moments of magic for them. It was incredibly rewarding. I also served as UC chapter’s Finance Chair.

In celebration of my Cincinnati weekly Monday class moving to 9 AM, I share this surprise about me!

Teaching, for me, has always been about meeting people where they are.
Not where a method says they should be, or where their own mind imagines they ought to be — but where life has actually placed them in that moment.

A member of our Cincinnati yoga community has been dealing with brain cancer. Our love and support beyond guiding the yoga mat comes through with this fundraiser.

Winter solstice ritual 🕯️

Each year, my daughter and I gather what we have—
old jello molds, seeds, nuts, crackers, even hair from the brush—
and make frozen offerings for the birds.

We freeze them overnight and hang them out back the next morning.
By tomorrow, as the temperature rises, they’ll slowly melt away.

It’s simple. Imperfect. Quietly meaningful.

Winter isn’t a season for growth.
It’s a season for nourishment, tending,
and staying in rhythm with what has just begun.

For me, this is yoga.
