Top of mind lately? The Nervous System.
Some might see this picture of me, bundled up in the cold watching our team struggle, and think, Yuk! No thanks!
But what I see is a woman prioritizing joy. Yes, Vitamin J—JOY—is so underrated in today’s hustle culture, yet it’s absolutely foundational.
Lately, I’ve been reminded over and over again of the critical importance of protecting your nervous system. It’s not just about the stressors we face (because let’s be honest, life isn’t stress-free), but about how we handle them.
This is your reminder to take time to:
• Do something that fills your cup.
• Create moments of joy.
• Give your nervous system the break it deserves.
Because when you care for your nervous system, you care for your whole self.

You guys 🥹
Two and a half years ago I decided to commit. To commit to a podcast. One where I would hop on and share my favorite takeaways and concepts of coaching and mindset work to navigate a fertility journey. I promised myself I would do it for at least 6 months and here we are over two years later, 100 episodes in. 🤍
I seriously cannot believe it! Posting one hundred episodes did not come without ALOT of work but it was so worth it because I get to hear from each of you who have found the episodes impactful.
To celebrate 100 episodes, I would love for each of you to share The Path To Motherhood Podcast with at least 1 person you think could benefit from tuning in. Let's share this content with the women who need it! Thank you everyone :)

Spending evenings in the fall chill are my favorite. My cravings for sunshine and warmth haven’t set in yet and I can enjoy the early sunsets 🌅
I’m a summer girly but fall is a close second.
Which season is your fav?

In a week that seems poised to bring on stress for many I am called to reflection. What a year it has been. What a season of years it has been. I am proud of the woman I have become. Of the difficult seasons I have weathered. Of the women I have supported. Of the family I have poured into.
I am also grateful. Grateful for the beautiful humans in my life that remind me what this life is all about. Let this be your reminder to take a moment to start this week present, with yourself, take a few breaths and remember where you are. This kind of moment is so easily forgotten but simply so important.

Last week I sat down with a new group of women, 3 out of 4 had experienced some form of loss. The fourth was shocked to hear this.
Our table might have been more than the statistics but I have to wonder just how many don’t know this is possible or think it is an absolutely rare occurrence .
I share every October for a few reasons.
It allows me time to remember and honor our three losses on our journey 🤍
It allows me to remind those who have been through loss they are not ALONE
It allows me to spread awareness to those who have never thought about loss in way that I hope helps them to be more supportive when people in their own lives suffer loss
Sending you all love and light and a reminder you get to show up in a way that is best for you! No need to advertise an awareness month if it doesn’t feel right.

Being past Labor Day seems to signal a change. A change of season, a change of perspective and as someone who went to school for a longgggg time and now works in education it always feels like a time of resetting.
This summer has been an amazing ride. I find myself reflecting on where I am, the blessings I have, and the amazing work I get to do. With that has come the enjoyment of living in the day to day and way less time pulled out of the present moment. What a gift!
Some top reflections from this summer:
-Taking in the experience of what it means to be a mom of two earth-side 🌈 miracles. I find myself often just sitting in the moment and enjoying what means to feel ultimate gratitude.
-Enjoying what it means to date the most supportive husband in the world. We have truly been through so much and I am honored to have him on my team.
-Falling in love with hobbies that are just for me. This summer that has been weekly ⛳️ nights with a group of women I have had a blast with. I am no good! But that is 100% okay, I'm having fun learning something new.
-Creating new habits around what a healthy lifestyle looks for me as a mom of two who loves her work.
-Finding ways to enjoy the way I work. I have never been one to stick to one focus and there are times I have felt guilty for that. These days I know this is exactly what I am meant to be doing. A few work highlights:
1. Being able to meet with graduates who struggled academically from the beginning and now are ready to be successful medical providers.
2. Supporting clients through Pregnancy post Infertility Anxiety, Surviving the TWW, Coming to Grips with a Pause, Accepting the Grief of a Life that Looks Different
3. Creating a brand new medical practice that allows me to practice medicine in a way that puts the patient first, allows me to actually spend time with them, and offers them a clear path to serious health improvement.
All in all I would say things are going so well 🤍
