Hi!!!

Let’s giggle and jiggle some more….
Upcoming classes:
Turn-Up Weds. evening at Club4 on Johnston.
REMINDER class time changed to 6:30. I don’t like it either. 😕
This time change may only exist until the end of this year. Trying to keep it going so Julie could have it back when she’s ready to teach again. Please come when you can to keep it going!

ZydeFit Friday at CF Broussard at 8:30. Are ya’ll learning that new line dance?! For those who did not attend on Friday, I mention a line dance to the class I’d like them to become familiar with. It is called the Tamia Line Dance. When you look it up you see why I suggested to get familiar with it. 😉
Be prepared to also do something we haven’t done in a while…partner dance. 🤠

Saturday morning at CF Yvlle 8:00…we might do that Tamia Line Dance as well so get ready!

Kylee and I will Turn it Up again Saturday at Club4 on Ambassador, 10:30. We’re bringing back a couple of songs to the playlist.

Tonight I’ll be leading a line dance class at the student union at UL.
I will be sharing something similar to our ZydeFit class.
They are having a 2-steppin event tonight introducing our culture for the newer students at UL.
And they are expecting a huge crowd so I’m little nervous but excited to be leading an hour long fun line dance for them.
Send some positive vibes my way please! 🙏🏻 💜🥰

We can dance starting Wednesday at 5:30!
Meet me at Club4 on Johnston for Turn Up.

Then Friday for some two-steppin ZydeFit at CF Broussard.
I have in mind to bring back a routine we did way back with weights. 🙃

I will not be able to make it Saturday morning at CF Yvlle, but please go dance with Kylee starting at 8:00. 😊

But you can Turn Up with me again at Club4 on Ambassador Saturday at 10:30.

We had 3 amazing dance classes this weekend!!
At least Kylee and I thought so.☺️

Some of the routines may have not been too easy, but the effort and energy that was put out was what we were hopping to see and it showed…so ya’ll made it look easy. 👍🏻 (yea, I know it’s been over an hour since turn up and I’m still not completely myself…in a good way. lol).

Thank y’all for showing up and being brave enough to do and try things you think you’re not capable of.
We will see ya’ll on the dance floor again soon! 🔥🔥🔥💜💜💜

P.S. you know what I love to see, especially after Turn Up class, (because this class is like…WOW) I can see in some people faces they have something on their minds. Maybe worry, in deep thought, concerning or perhaps nervous…but after class, it feels like a tone of weight has been lifted off their shoulders. The vibe feels more at peace. Whatever was there, it becomes lighter. 🌱💜🦋
