VISIONSTAR – Products & Services

VISIONSTAR is expanding its government and international operations and is seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in U.S. Government contracting and public sector sales.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience working with federal, state, and municipal agencies, as well as international public sector organizations across Canada, the UK, Spain, and other global markets.

Our focus is on providing specialized products and professional equipment for government agencies, including law enforcement, emergency services, military units, and other public safety organizations.

📌 Position: International Government Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop opportunities within U.S. Government agencies (Police Departments, Fire Departments, Military, Marine, etc.)
• Build relationships with procurement officers, contracting officers, and agency decision-makers
• Develop and execute strategies for competitive bids, contract vehicles, and sole-source opportunities
• Expand partnerships with international government and institutional buyers
• Generate new leads and close strategic contracts to expand VISIONSTAR’s global presence.

Preferred Background

• Proven experience in government contracting or federal sales
• Experience working with public safety, defense, or government procurement sectors
• Knowledge of government purchasing procedures and compliance requirements
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills
• Ability to navigate international markets and institutional buyers.

Candidates With the Following Experience Are Strongly Preferred:

• Have you previously won or managed government contracts?
• Do you have experience selling to law enforcement, emergency services, or military agencies?
• Do you understand procurement strategies such as competitive bids or sole-source contracts?
• Do you have existing relationships with procurement or contracting officers?
• Are you familiar with compliance requirements for professional or wearable equipment used by public safety personnel?
