Went on a little field trip this afternoon. We stopped by the christopher dairy queen and got a free ice cream cone and then we headed to the christpoher public library. The students enjoyed a tour and all the new fun games and interactive toys in the children's area! They then, checked out a library book to enjoy here at school!! For some, it was their first trip to a library! And as you can see, it's very quiet here at school, most everyone is enjoying their books!! Thank you Dairy Queen and Christopher Public Library!! You guys were wonderful!!

Kingdom Kids traveled to St. Louis to the Civil War Museum at Jefferson Barracks Cementary. We enjoyed a presentation on the war and learned some new things. The children participated in a scavenger hunt throughout the museum and then we headed to McDonalds for lunch! Mr. Hampel and I took the grandkids back to visit the Cementary and both sets of his grandparents. It was AWESOME! Very cool place!! All the kids had a great time!! Thank you to all the parents that helped drive and corral kids lol.if u get the chance Go! It was a great experience.

My Jr high class had their first Home Ec class today. The girls tried a cinnamon sugar donut muffin recipe we found on Facebook. It was a hit! The girls did a great job working together and they even did the dishes afterward!
