General Information
The Florida To***co Pilot Program was started

in 1998 by the late Governor Lawton Chiles. Chiles put youth in charge and invited almost 600 of them to Teen To***co Summit 1 (March 29 - April 1, 1998). Those youth renamed the organization SWAT (Students Working Against To***co) and we've been fighting the to***co industry ever since.
