Maybel’s Adventures I adopted Maybel as a young BLM burro in February 2025. Since then, she created a crazy friendship with nearly every critter on the farm.

She’s won the hearts of both people and animals of all kinds.

Geez, I get Miss Mabel a cowboy hat and now she thinks she’s ready to go rope some calves. 😂 we’re still learning how to back up a little bit to get the rope tighter, but she’ll get the hang of it.

Decided to work on a new rope trick with Maybel. Can’t wait for them to get it down a little faster. They did pretty good for their first attempt. I swear there’s nothing these BLM burros won’t do.
