LITWIN FALL FUNDRAISER
We are selling Lyman Orchards pies, butter braid pastries, and cookie dough as our fall fundraiser. Please consider participating to help us raise money for student field trips and activities. You can order online at https://my.mcmfundraising.com/signup/NMG6 or on the order forms that were sent home. If you need more order forms, please call the office at 413-594-3545. We can send more forms home. The class that raises the most money will receive a popcorn party. The top 10 sellers will receive a Litwin T-shirt. The top 3 sellers for the school will receive a McDonald's happy meal of their choosing which will be delivered to them at lunch time.

Grade 4 students participate in an “Adapt an Animal” project in which they creatively combine two animals to design a new, imaginary species. Through this project, students explore and describe their animal’s diet, habitat, physical adaptations, and behaviors. They demonstrate their learning by drawing and labeling detailed illustrations, constructing models, and choosing to present their work through either a poster or a slideshow presentation. Each year, the quality and creativity of the projects continue to improve, reflecting strong student engagement and deeper understanding of animal adaptations.
