Art is alive and well in Butte County! 🎨✨

On Thursday night, we were honored to host the 12th Annual Butte County Superintendent's High School Art Show at the beautiful Janet Turner Print Museum at California State University, Chico. From thought-provoking paintings and intricate collages to painstakingly crafted sculptures, students from schools across our county truly made it a night to remember.

To our student artists: Your vision is inspiring. We know the challenges many of you have faced this year, from the loss of mentors to the rebuilding of facilities. Your resilience shines through your work, and we are so proud of you.

The future of arts education in California is brighter than ever. We are committed to ensuring our classrooms remain places where your creativity can thrive!

A sincere thank you to those who made this evening possible: our judges, our BCOE Coordinated District Support team, the Chico State Art & Art History Department, and our incredible local art teachers who mentor these talents every day.
