Hirsch Metropolitan High School will host its Centennial Luncheon Celebration to commemorate 100 years (1926–2026) of the school’s legacy.
📅 Date: Sunday, April 12, 2026
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Location: DoubleTree Alsip Hotel, 5000 W. 127th Street, Alsip, Illinois
💲 Cost: $75 per person (cash only)
⏳ Payment Deadline: Tuesday, March 31, 2026
💳 Payment Method: Payments should be made directly at the Hirsch Main Office.

FYI: I spoke with James this afternoon to inform him the Alumni Association will be drafting a Resolution on behalf of the Class of 1985 & The Hirsch Family. I will be drafting momentarily

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Mia Macklin on June 10th. Mia will be greatly missed by her loving family and close friends.

A funeral service will be held at Leak & Sons Funeral Home

Good Morning Huskies!! This is LT posting. I’m sure you all are aware by now we have lost yet another one of our beloved Huskies. Mia Macklin from the Class of 1985 has gone on to glory. Please keep her daughter and her brother uplifted in prayer.

For those of you who were blessed to have called this awesome classmate friend, sister, teammate we are keeping you uplifted in prayer as well. Remember all the good times and amazing memories of your time with Mia.
