Yo, Did you know that divorced men are at a higher risk of experiencing mental health challenges, including an increased rate of su***de? 📈
I’m so grateful for my therapist and my community.

When I went through my process it was tough. Having to deal with external factors such as being deprived of your children, the financial weight of court cost, child support and managing your own financial obligations on top of battling with internal issues is overwhelming and without the proper resources and outlets, sometimes thoughts of ending things plague your mind. If you or someone you know is facing divorce and battling with their mental health, here are some things to consider:
