What is our purpose?

We saw a ripe opportunity to enrich lives of millions and inspire a new culture of personal and community health. We specifically chose Grant Park because it’s high profile. Grant Park sets a vision that ignites trends that ripple across the world. We could have taken a different approach, but this approach in Grant Park has the most riveting impact on creating a culture of health across the globe. Witness an EPIC Transformation

We will transform a 36,000 square foot vacant concrete area into a greener, lush, world-class, epicenter of movement in Chicago’s trend-setting Front Yard, that will be an example to the world. We will increase the greenery in Grant Park, and offer a green, sustainable, environmentally friendly, multi-discipline fitness area that provides holistic well-being and education through countless strategic partnerships.

HealthPark@GrantPark will host uplifting health & wellness events from academia, sustainable businesses, fitness groups, healthcare organizations, and major sponsors highlighting Chicago as an international destination in partnership with Chicago Park District and the City of Chicago. Join Us for the Health Park at Grant Park Spring Mixer this Sunday, April 15 from 2pm - 4pm at South Loop CrossFit! Show your support for a free public park space where people can exercise, meditate, do yoga, train calisthenics, and much more. The Health Park committee will be there to discuss progress on the Health Park at Grant Park project, as well as the next steps needed to rally community support and move this project forward!

After the presentations, we will have a DJ spinning HIGH VIBES with complimentary food + drinks and socializing. ALL ARE WELCOME and this event is free to attend.
