Responsible for working with business users to define HR and Payroll business processes and configuring and maintaining them in PeopleSoft using standard (non-customized) PeopleSoft workflows and content and maintaining PeopleSoft with PeopleTools where required customizations exist. The position requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system configuration and modification. Responsibilities include the application of PeopleSoft best practice workflows and content to support business requirements, as well as supporting Senior Level and Mid Level C #, .NET Software Engineer/Developers. The ideal candidate will have a ?can do? attitude and the ability to make pragmatic and practical decisions without compromising the integrity of the PeopleSoft application.

Qualifications:

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other related field.

Experience Required:
Requires 5 years of experience in technical configuration with PeopleSoft HCM v9.x, specifically with core Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and/or Payroll, with experience with PeopleSoft tool sets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM database model, UNIX and Shell scripting. Ability to develop PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and security.

Knowledge of the mainframe environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system development and modifications.

Ability to make pragmatic and practical decisions without compromising the integrity of the application.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in designing and implementing technical solutions.

Excellent analytical skills for design, coding and testing. Technically oriented with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a results oriented team player.

Job Description:
Team member candidate will work on projects at the Software Development Division with the State Department in Rosslyn. Our projects and applications encompass a wide swath of scope related to Human Resources, Financial Management and Business Process Automation.
Building new solutions redesign and re-engineer legacy enterprise applications using cutting edge technology like the latest Microsoft .NET platform, C #, Ajax, BizTalk, SharePoint, Java, SQL Server and software tools and languages. Projects will also include integration with enterprise wide systems based on Oracle 9i and PeopleSoft.

Candidate should be a hands-on software engineer doing requirements analysis, software design and development, and unit testing of software code. Candidate should be willing work independently and must develop and support web application systems; integrate new functionality into existing applications; optimize and modularize complex code for reuse and efficiency; gather and implement system requirements; identify objectives from end users; research and propose technological solutions to business needs. Candidate will take a lead role on projects including formulating development strategies, managing resources, and providing project milestone timelines.

Experience: 5 plus years

Required Degree: Bachelors or Equivalent

Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with active secret clearance.

Desired Skills: Basic Microsoft certification.

Senior Cisco Network Engineer- CCIE 2positions
Clearance: TS/preferably TS/SCI

The Senior Cisco Network Engineer- CCIE is responsible for developing and integrating all network communication requirements for the LAN/WAN. This includes (but is not limited to) routers, switches, hubs, VPN servers, Wireless Access and Remote Access servers and networking components along with all software required to configure, operate and manage these devices and the network as a whole. The Senior Cisco Network Engineer- CCIE will design, build and support data networks comprised of Cisco core and edge devices. The Senior Cisco Network Engineer- CCIE provides support for all infrastructure issues related to the network.

The Senior Cisco Network Engineer- CCIE serves as project lead for network infrastructure projects, ensuring that these projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. This project will be in a DOD environment supporting executive leadership.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and propose new technology and infrastructure solutions to customers in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in a fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with new customer stake holders and must be comfortable developing a strong working relationship with all existing customers.

Background and Experience:

Required:
• Cisco CCIE must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related major. Comparable work experience for non-degree candidate will be considered.
• Must be able to create documents, spreadsheets, and detailed drawings (preferably in MS Office Suite and Visio)
• Must be comfortable with MS Office Applications to include MS Project and Visio
• Experience in Cisco environments utilizing EIGRP, RIP, BGP, and Spanning Tree
• Experience supporting an operational LAN/WAN using variety of Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 products
• Provide configuration and troubleshooting support for customer incidents related to Network Support.
