CAN YOU IMAGINE?! 😱🤯

There are definitely some beauty & barber pros who handle last-minute cancellations like this… BUT,

It’s not the norm & def not ok!

If we handled cancellations the way our clients do, we’d get a SUPER BAD reputation.

Yes, your time is valuable.

Yes, your boundaries are essential for running a stress-free biz.

You don’t want to go to the extreme either way.

The point is: You need to do the work and figure out what your time costs AND what exactly your boundaries are.
