Thanks NPN and Enerspace for hosting a great event on Wednesday evening. We loved sharing postpartum self-care and wellbeing tips to all the great moms and dads-to-be in the audience, as well as collaborating with the other incredible professionals at the event!

Expectant moms and dads are learning a lot about what to expect AFTER their babies come at Enerspace Chicago!

Come join us at the NPN event "What To Expect When You Are Expecting" on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:00pm. We'll be discussing self-care for new moms. There will be an OBGYN and Lactation Consultant on the panel too!

Bloom bloom moms offers support groups and education programs for moms and parents to explore all the changes that occur in their lives after having a baby.

Groups are beginning this summer from 1:30-2:30pm on Tuesdays at the Music Playhouse (3829 N. Southport Ave) conveniently located on the Southport Corridor!

This is a great way for new moms to get out of the house, meet friends and find support amongst other new moms. There are lots of great places to eat and shop before or after group, so it is wonderful way for new moms to spend an afternoon!

Moms are welcome to feed or nurse their babies during group and private space is available if you prefer. A bathroom with change table makes changing baby a snap!
