Thanks NPN and Enerspace for hosting a great event on Wednesday evening. We loved sharing postpartum self-care and wellbeing tips to all the great moms and dads-to-be in the audience, as well as collaborating with the other incredible professionals at the event!

Expectant moms and dads are learning a lot about what to expect AFTER their babies come at Enerspace Chicago!

Interesting article about the risks of sliding down playground slides with your toddlers on your lap. Thought it would be great for all moms, dads and babysitters to read as the summer approaches.

Orthopedic specialists say they treat a number of toddlers and young children each year with broken legs as a result of riding down slides on a parent's lap.

Groups are beginning this summer from 1:30-2:30pm on Tuesdays at the Music Playhouse (3829 N. Southport Ave) conveniently located on the Southport Corridor!

This is a great way for new moms to get out of the house, meet friends and find support amongst other new moms. There are lots of great places to eat and shop before or after group, so it is wonderful way for new moms to spend an afternoon!

Moms are welcome to feed or nurse their babies during group and private space is available if you prefer. A bathroom with change table makes changing baby a snap!
