Wormplicity offers indoor composting as well as urban agriculture education and consulting. I immediately thought of worm composting.

Looking forward to setting a comprehensive composting system for Crazy Fingers Catering on Saturday. Chef Mike will be doing worm composting at home and using my community gardens outdoor compost for the larger bulk of materials! I love bringing together food, science and sustainability.
