Looking forward to setting a comprehensive composting system for Crazy Fingers Catering on Saturday. Chef Mike will be doing worm composting at home and using my community gardens outdoor compost for the larger bulk of materials! I love bringing together food, science and sustainability.

Tomorrow marks the ground breaking for the new community garden in East Garfield Park which will be run by Stephanie Kichler of Wormplicity. Thanks to Safer Foundation for making this possible!
