На Празник над празницима, Васкрсење Господа и Спаса нашег Исуса Христа, служићемо две Свете Литургије:

12:30 ујутру (одмах после поноћи и васкршњег јутрења које почиње у 11:30 у суботу увече)

9:30 ујутру Света Архијерејска Литургија

On the greatest Feast of feasts, the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we will serve two Divine Liturgies:

12:30 AM (just after midnight, immediately following Paschal Matins, which begins at 11:30 PM on Saturday night)

9:30 AM - Hierarchical Divine Liturgy

Those who will be communing at the Midnight Liturgy should abstain from food and drink from 6 PM Saturday evening.

With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Longin of New Gracanica and Midwestern Anerica, there will be a Moleban (Prayer Service) for our suffering brothers and sisters in Montenegro at 5 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at St. Sava Monastery in Libertyville, Illinois.

У недељу увече, 18. августа 2019. године, у 17:00 часова, Чудотворна Мироточива Иверска Икона Пресвете Богородице са Хаваја ће да посети наш Саборни Храм Светог Христовог Васкрсења. Позивамо све наше вернике из Чикашке околине да нам се придруже и да се помолимо Пресветој Мајци пред Њеном Пресветом Иконом и да дочекамо празник Преображења Господа и Спаса нашег Исуса Христа.

On Sunday evening, August 18, 2019, at 5 PM, the Miracle-Working Myrrh-Streaming Iveron Icon of the Mother of God from Hawaii will be visiting our Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral. We invite all of our faithful and those from around Chicagoland to come to our Cathedral to pray before the Holy Icon and welcome the feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

O Most Holy Mother of God, save us!

ЧИШЋЕЊЕ И УКРАШАВАЊЕ САБОРНОГ ХРАМА
CLEANING AND BEAUTIFICATION OF OUR CATHEDRAL!

On Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 8:00AM, we are organizing a cleaning and beautification day of our Cathedral ahead of the most important Orthodox Christian Feast – EASTER, Krsna Slava day of our church-school congregation. We hope that this work, well-pleasing to God, will be completed by 12:00 or 1:00PM. A lunch for all will follow.

We invite all our parishioners and friends to come and offer their help. If you cannot arrive at 8:00AM, come at 9:00 or 10:00 AM… Even one, two or three hours of your time will be appreciated. Good Lord, whose Bright and Glorious Resurrection we anticipate, will reward your efforts and help for our church.

У суботу, 13. априла ове године, са почетком у 8:00 часова ујутру, организујемо чишћење и украшавање нашег Саборног храма уочи нашег највећег православног празника Васкрса, храмовне славе наше црквено-школске општине. Надамо се да ће ово богоугодно дело бити завршено до 12:00 - 13:00. После тога имаћемо заједнички ручак.

Позивамо све наше парохијане и пријатеље да дођу и да нам у овом добром делу помогну. Ако не можете да дођете у 8:00, дођите у 9:00 или 10:00... И сат, два или три вашег времена нама ће добро доћи. Добри Господ, чије Светло и Славно Васкрсење очекујемо, наградиће вас за ваш труд и помоћ нашој цркви.

Today’s cleaning of Saint Sava Monastery has been cancelled.

Saturday, December 8th from 1 PM to 5 PM, the young adult group will help clean the monastery of Saint Sava and prepare for the feast day of Saint Mardarije. Please join us!
