St. Monica Academy is a growing Catholic school community located on the Northwest side of Chicago ( Founded in 1950, St. Monica Academy in August 2007.
Monica School was awarded academy status to become St. This designation by the Archdiocese of Chicago recognizes a ground-breaking educational initiative by St. Monica Academy and the world-renowned Chicago Botanic Garden, who have partnered to create Student Environmental and Development Studies (SEEDS).

Preschool classrooms are full of EGG-citement! Through a partnership with the University of Illinois Extension 4-H Incubation and Embryology Program, St. Monica Academy preschoolers have a memorable way of learning about the growth and development of chickens.
