Keep your front eye down!! Looking at the ball hitting the bat , it keeps your front shoulder closed!! And you should hit for more power !! Then keep your head down afterwards because it helps you hit through the ball , which will make you hit the ball harder!!!!!

Why not practice hitting with the head down on and after contact in practice off the tee and flips and bp machines ?????? The pros do !!!!!!

Get in a great hitting position, back knee foot starts the swing. Head down and follow through!!!
