This was my third collaboration with . Peter Meyerhoff who created an exciting hands-on, STEMified Math curriculum for kids! We were hosted by MSI and that is exciting ✨ Grateful and energized by the opportunity to collaborate with Chicago Public Schools and their talented STEM Coaches/Administrators! ✨On October 3rd, I had the privilege of partnering with **10story Learning** to create and facilitate a Project-Based Math Professional Development workshop. We explored how to make **math engaging** and **meaningful**, while fostering lasting connections through the ancient art of **peace circles**. It was incredible to witness deep learning come alive in a fun and collaborative environment!A special shoutout to **Dr. Peter Meyerhoff**, CEO of 10story Learning, for leading such innovative work in education.🌟 Seeing educators have *the time of their lives* with math was an absolute highlight! If math can be this much fun for educators, imagine what we can achieve for our students. Every child deserves to experience the joy of math in this way!

What a great foundation for a STEAM project…I see myself incorporating geometry, while discussing symmetry, weathering and erosion, bioluminesence, bio mimicry and more…adding motivational sayings or social justice slogans would be powerful too! How would you incorporate this into a lesson?
