Spooky season has begun in the Makerspace! This week every grade level had a different activity based on some of my favorite spooky books. Plus I introduced our genre of the month, scary/spooky.

First grade had the option of four different Creepy Crayon stations. They built crayon castle, crayon cargo boats, concealed the crayon, and made crayon creations with water colors. We’ve had so much fun!

Our Makerspace opened up this week. I struggled finding a quick challenge that would involve teamwork, but would work well with going over the rules and introducing the Makerspace.
