Disciples of Christ Black clegy,

Friends, I’m looking for a few Black pastors who are serving—or have served—predominantly white congregations.

Earlier this year, I received a grant from the Black Disciples Endowment Fund to support my leadership development and to explore what kinds of support Black clergy in these ministry contexts might need.

I’d like to host a one-hour Zoom conversation during the week of August 17 simply to listen and learn from one another. This isn’t the launch of a program or an ongoing commitment—just an opportunity to share experiences, wisdom, questions, and insights and discern whether a space like this would be valuable.

If this describes you and you’re interested in joining the conversation, send me a message or comment below. I’d love to connect.
