We understand that some clients prefer to bring their own manicure or pedicure tools, but for the safety of everyone, we are unable to use them during services.
Here's why:
-We cannot verify that personal tools have been properly cleaned, disinfected, sterilized, or stored. Even if they've only been used on you, bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms can grow on improperly stored instruments.
-Professional tools require regular sharpening and maintenance. If a tool has been dropped, the blades can become misaligned, making clean, precise cuts impossible and significantly increasing the risk of cuts and skin trauma.
-Dull or uncentered instruments do not lift and trim the cuticle properly, which can affect both the quality of the service and the health of the surrounding skin.
-Because we cannot guarantee the condition or history of personal tools, we cannot assume responsibility for any complications or infections that may result from their use.
Your safety is our highest priority. That's why every instrument we use is professionally maintained and processed through our dedicated sterilization and sanitation room, where it undergoes a strict multi-step cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization protocol before every service.
