I have a Healthy Living Plan program to support women who are balancing the second half of life. Our focus is to redefine health while creating strategies to get you to your happy!

We are coming together for the Sistars Summer Social X’perience* — a grown woman afternoon filled with music, laughter, coloring, games, small bites, sparkling bubbly, and real connection with no judgment.

Come when you can. Stay as long as you like. Different X’periences will be happening throughout the day, so just get in where you fit in!

This has become a yearly tradition, and every year it reminds me why community matters so much. We celebrated in Bronzeville, as always, surrounded by culture, history, music, laughter, good people, and that beautiful spirit of freedom.

Juneteenth is more than a celebration. It’s a reminder of where we come from, what our ancestors endured, and why we keep showing up with joy, pride, and purpose.

Grateful for another year of celebrating freedom, family, friendship, and community. Making the DASH count, one beautiful X’perience at a time.
