The last 3 months in Mexico have been amazing

1. Post workout
2. Been obsessed with smith machine movements
3. Lasagna & planing for the week

Act like the person you want to become & be stronger than your excuses

This is my friend, teammate & client Brittany

Just over a year ago Britt made the decision to make herself a priority.

To put herself first, to take that step towards empowering herself, to become the strong, confident leader & woman she was so capable of becoming

& she did just that

-> Brittany lost over 45lbs in the past year

-> Britt learned how to find balance between her busy nursing schedule, intentional movement & finding the time to prepare healthy meals

-> she skyrocketed her confidence over the last year each week by sticking to her habits & routines that made her feel her absolute best

Like maintaining a daily step goal, drinking enough water & taking time to practice self care & get in touch with herself.

Brittany is now a cruising along on her muscle building phase so she can come back into this next softball season even better than last year

Learning that fuelling her body & not being in a calorie deficit doesn’t mean she’s going to gain all the weight back she tried so hard to lose.

But instead, it means…
-> She has more energy for her runs
-> She is getting stronger each lift
-> She is eating foods she loves without restrictions
-> She has more energy each day to do the things she loves

Becoming a true leader & motivator in our community I’m so excited to see where another year of commitment to herself takes Brittany.

Day after day Britt builds not only physical strength but mental strength in not giving into the tiny voice in her head saying:
“I’m too tired”
“I had a hard day”
“I’m too busy”

& you can do it too. It won’t happen overnight, it won’t happen in a week, it won’t happen in a month.

BUT each day you keep that commitment & promise to yourself, you get that much closer.

That much more confident, that much more motivated, that much more clear & driven

Two years ago I was 40lbs heavier, Struggling to find my purpose & was at my lowest point mentally, physically & emotionally😪

Here’s what my rock bottom looked like👇🏼

❌not eating consistently or prioritizing food

I’d binge eat most nights because i’d rush to my job not prepared & wouldn’t even realize until the headaches kicked in at 4pm that i hadn’t eaten all day.

❌not training to my potential

i was insecure, I was ashamed & i was embarrassed at how i looked, how i felt, and how i performed in the gym and in my life.

I didnt want people to see me as i saw myself and i had never felt so self conscious in my life.. This was so disappointing once being a high level athlete 😪

❌In a loop of poor lifestyle habits & routines

I was a victim, Unhappy with my job, with my body, with myself & felt like I was stuck spinning in the same cycle. I wasn’t taking responsibility for the change I needed.

Until I did & now I’m👇🏼

✨in the best routine with my eating habits -

I no longer skip meals & make excuses for why i don’t have time or can’t eat.

I fuel my body with what it needs & DESERVES.

I prioritize the time it takes to plan my meals, cook & eat.

I now feel so in control of my nutrition and what fuel im providing to my body and it feels fu***ng great 😊

✨My workouts BRING ME LIFE

i am obsessed with my training and no longer victimize myself in my life

I feel more confident day after day, no longer holding myself back from doing the things i love because of my insecurities and it’s just so freaking EMPOWERING.

I took responsibility and control over my fitness and i most importantly took responsibility and control over becoming the woman i knew i could and deserved to be🥹

✨my routine & habits now serve me

I no longer dread Monday morning with a pit in my stomach and I look forward to the week with excitement for what’s to come.

I didnt gain this confidence I now walk around with overnight nor did I view life or myself so positively.

It took constant consistent effort, a strong belief in myself & finding my purpose.
