⚾️🧢 It’s Crosstown Classic Day at Millie’s! Chicago’s biggest rivalry came to life today as our little fans showed off their Northside and Southside pride for the Cubs vs. White Sox showdown! 🤍🖤❤️💙

From jerseys and hats to lots of team spirit, the kids had a great time representing their favorite Chicago team. Whether they were cheering for the Cubs or the Sox, today was full of fun, friendly rivalry, and plenty of Chicago pride!

💐✨ We had a relaxing time at our Mother’s Day Spa Event today! ✨💐

Our little ones loved spending special time pampering their moms with colorful manicures, makeup touch-ups, relaxing massages, and fun coloring activities. From our tiniest babies to our big independent kids, everyone joined in on making the day extra special! 💅💄🩷

There were so many smiles, laughs, hugs, and precious memories made today. Thank you to all of our amazing moms and mother figures for celebrating with us. We loved treating you to a little day of relaxation and love! 🌸💕

🐰🌷 We had an egg-stra special week at Millie’s! 🌷🐰

The Easter Bunny hopped by for a special visit and surprised all us with some fun goodies! 🐣💛 We also had our annual Easter egg hunt, and we didn’t let the weather stop our fun—thankfully, it ended up cooperating just in time!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing parent volunteers who helped make this event so special. Whether you donated eggs or helped “hide” the eggs on the playground, your support made all the difference in creating such a memorable experience for the children. 💐

Today at Millie’s House, we had some very special guests join us for storytime, and it was such a magical afternoon! 💛 The children loved gathering together, listening to fun stories, and sharing lots of smiles and laughter along the way.

Reading together helps spark imagination, build language skills, and create special moments—and today was full of all of that and more! 📖🌈

A big THANK YOU to our amazing parent volunteers for taking the time to come in and read to our kiddos. We truly appreciate you helping make today so special! 💕

Our kiddos enjoyed a magically delicious snack of rainbow Goldfish and Lucky Charms 🌈✨ and we’re pretty sure it gave them extra silliness powers!

Between the giggles, smiles, and “gold” hunting, it’s safe to say we had a VERY lucky day! 💚😄

🍿 Our little popcorn kernels had a POP-tastic day! 🍿

Today we celebrated Popcorn Lovers Day during snack time. The kids enjoyed a yummy popcorn treat while laughing, chatting with friends, and having fun with their teachers.

There were lots of smiles, giggles, and crunchy munching sounds around the classroom. It’s safe to say popcorn was a big POP-ular hit today!

🍝 It was a meatball-tastic day at Millie’s!

Our little chefs got creative with some fun meatball-inspired art activities and then enjoyed a classic lunch - spaghetti and meatballs! There were lots of giggles, messy masterpieces, and maybe a few “extra” meatballs enjoyed along the way. 😋

Safe to say our friends rolled through Meatball Day with happy bellies and big smiles!

The Millie’s House classes Marched forth to the thyrhm of life today as they marched around the block, accompanied by musical instruments and the rhythmic sound of their shoes striking the cement.

🚒🔥 Fire Drill Day at Millie’s House! 🔥🚒

Today we practiced our fire drill, and our little learners did an amazing job! Everyone listened carefully, followed directions, and walked safely with their teachers to our designated safe spot. We are so proud of how calm and responsible they were! 👏

Practicing fire drills is very important because it helps children learn what to do in case of an emergency. By practicing ahead of time, it becomes less scary and more familiar. The children learn how to listen for instructions, stay with their group, and move quickly but safely.

We also talked about fire safety and the importance of knowing our safety plan. Even at a young age, understanding basic fire safety helps build confidence and awareness. Our goal is always to keep your children safe while helping them feel secure and prepared. ❤️

Safety is our top priority, and regular fire drills are one of the many ways we make sure we’re ready for anything. Great job today, friends! 🚒✨

❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day from Our Little Sweethearts! ❤️

We had such a LOVE-ly day celebrating Valentine’s Day at daycare! 💌 During circle time, the children took turns passing out Valentine treats to their friends and we read sweet books all about love, kindness, and friendship.

Our celebration continued during snack time with a fun Valentine’s Day party! The kids enjoyed yummy pink and red treats like strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, pink Cheerios, and other tasty sweet snacks. 🍓💕

Everyone looked absolutely adorable dressed in their pink and red outfits, and it was so special watching them celebrate with their friends and teachers. We are so grateful for these sweet moments filled with laughter, kindness, and love! 💖
