Beta Brunch is a pop-up experience aimed at delivering a creative twist on your typical Chicago weekend brunch. B.B.

is presented by Aaron and Jonathan’s love for bold flavors with a straightforward approach -- oh, and bagels. Their approach is to present dishes that are built on technique, seasonal ingredients, and inspired by testing out new culinary ideas. Each menu will change week to week though will be consistent in delivering a memorable and filling experience.
