RES Track & Field showed up strong at Lake Forest Academy earlier this week!

Competing with confidence, grit, and pride, our athletes took on the meet and delivered impressive performances across the board. From powerful sprints to distance races and field events, the determination was clear in every event.

This team is building momentum, and they are definitely something to look out for this season.

Softball Senior Night is on Monday, April 27! Join us as we celebrate our softball seniors on Monday, April 27 at 4:30 p.m. as they take on Northside College Prep!

Before the first pitch, we’ll recognize the dedication, leadership, and heart our seniors have brought to the program. These athletes have left their mark on the field and in our school community.

A new RES tradition has officially begun! Today, our seniors kicked off the very first Senior Skirt Painting Day, celebrating their future plans in a creative and meaningful way. Each design represents the college they will be attending, making this tradition a personal and memorable way to close out their time at RES.

The Class of 2026 spent the afternoon together painting, laughing, and enjoying a special surprise lunch as a class. From start to finish, it was a day full of pride, excitement, and Bandit spirit.

We can’t wait to see this tradition continue for years to come.

This week, our talented art students took advantage of the beautiful weather and brought their sketchbooks out to the courtyard. Surrounded by fresh air and inspiration, they spent class time drawing.

There’s something special about stepping outside the classroom walls and letting nature spark new ideas. We love seeing our Bandits embrace creativity in every space on campus!

Senior Night was one to remember as we celebrated 16 incredible seniors who have left their mark on our lacrosse program. Their leadership, heart, and dedication have shaped this team in ways that go far beyond the scoreboard.

Happening today in athletics...

On Friday, our Resurrection Key Club members will be out in the community supporting a cause that truly reflects our mission of service and compassion. They are partnering with Misericordia for Candy Days, raising funds to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We invite our school families and community members to come out and support this important cause, and to support our students as they put their faith into action. Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide care, independence, and joy to Misericordia residents while empowering our students to live out their commitment to inclusion and service.

Today we celebrated the 5th Annual STREAM Symposium at Resurrection College Prep, and what a great morning it was.

Our STREAM students showcased months of research, experimentation, and app design, presenting projects that tackled real-world challenges through Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Math. Families and guests had the opportunity to hear directly from students and see their hard work come to life.

A special thank you to Olivia Magruder ’27 for sharing her experience in the STREAM program and sharing why interdisciplinary learning matters. Her perspective was a powerful reminder of the confidence and critical thinking skills our students develop through STREAM.

We are proud of our students for their dedication, creativity, and professionalism.

Today was a true celebration of innovation and growth.

Global Seminar Fest was a beautiful celebration of culture, community, and connection.

Thank you to our De La Salle Scholars for the creativity, leadership, and thoughtful planning that brought this event to life. From the music and traditional clothing to the incredible variety of food and interactive experiences, the library was filled with energy and learning throughout Seminar.

A special thank you to the students from Saint Patrick High School who partnered with us in planning this event. Your collaboration and support helped make this celebration of diversity even more meaningful.
