Join us Wednesday night from 5:30-6:30 for a brief presentation and open house. Parent representatives will be available to answer any questions and classrooms will be open to explore. Families welcome! 🧡

Today we’re giving a big shoutout to the incredible Mrs. Beard. She is the friendly face, steady hand, and behind-the-scenes hero of Rochester Elementary EC-1! Whether she’s greeting students with a smile, supporting staff, or keeping everything organized and on track, she brings warmth and dedication to every part of the day. 💛📚

Mrs. Beard, your care and commitment make a difference in ways big and small. We are so grateful for you and all you do to make EC-1 such a special place! 👏✨

Rochester Elementary kindergarten enrollment is currently open! If your child is attending PreK currently, you do not need to reenroll.

*Please note, if your child is currently enrolled in Rochester Pre-K you DO NOT have to enroll your kindergartener for next year. You will have to complete registration in July.

Rochester Rockets! 🎉🌳

The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and the laughter was contagious! From playing on the swings and slides to running around and making memories with friends, it was a day full of joy and adventure. 🛝 ☀️

A big thank you to all the kindergarten teachers who helped make this day special. 🧡💙

Tonight was the Central Illinois STEM Fair and it was once again a terrific success. It was great to see so many Rochester Elementary teachers, students, and families in attendance! 🔬🤖🧪🥽🧱💻

🧡 Thank you to the Central Illinois Stem Fair for all of the organization, coordination, and planning that went in to this event. We were thrilled to be just a small part of it! 📆

💙 Thank you to the RES EC-1, Rochester 2-3, and all Rochester CUSD 3A teachers that came to both exhibit their own STEM activities and visit other booths to bring innovative ideas back to their classrooms. 💡

How lucky are we to live in a community that supports one another?! Thank you so much for allowing our learners to experience the joy of your residents! We can’t wait to come back!
