Principal Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs, and work with existing documentation to create new online modules.
- Create course objectives and content designs/storyboards with SMEs.
- Review and document required content in design documents.
- Design and/or select content specific graphics and illustrations.
- Layout all graphics and content using content authoring tools.
- Create assessments in alignment with overall evaluation strategy.
- Develop Train-the-Trainer material.
- Deliver high quality products along an aggressive development schedule.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience designing and building eLearning projects or custom online multimedia service projects in a production-oriented environment.
- Absolute attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under short lead times.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, multimedia applications and authoring tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
- Ability to populate content into interactive slides, edit and sync video and audio, manipulate photos, create and implement layers, triggers, and variables
- Comprehension of how people learn using digital media and insight into the psychology of learning.
- Technical knowledge of SCORM and experience building interactive instructional exercises.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
