Labre at Loyola Academy

Our goal is to develop relationships with the homeless of Uptown, Chicago. We strive to cultivate experiences of "mutual sighting" through the creation of "Brave Spaces" where, despite power differences of class, race, gender, and culture, we strive to connect on a human level to listen and share the stories of our life. It is when such moments occur, that we believe God is most readily revealed to us and the questions of injustice best emerge.
