City of Chicago Offices Closed
The Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) will be closed on Friday, February 12, 2021 in observance of Lincoln's Birthday and Monday, February 15, 2021 in observance of Presidents' Day.

COVID 19: City of Chicago Restricted Chauffeur License Classes As of June 23, 2020 and until further notice, PCTC will offer the City of Chicago Restricted Chauffeur License classes online only. Once you complete the online class, your license exam will be scheduled in our Chicago or Lincolnwood office. There will be no online exams.
