We teach to the test!!
Do you need a roofing license?
You do!! Illinois law requires any roofing contractor engaged in construction, reconstruction, alteration, maintenance, repair, or waterproofing of roofs to be a licensed roofing contractor. What is the penalty for working without an Illinois roofing license? The fine can be as high as $5,000 per offense. The State of Illinois also requires that your roofing license number appears on all contracts, bid proposals, permits, commercial vehicles, and websites.
It’s a hard test, and many have failed multiple times prior to taking our exam preparation roofing classes at Contractors Network and Training Center in Chicago. Not to mention the $1,000 you can spend on reference books, along with the weeks or months you’ll spend studying. With our 3 or 4-day roofing contractor course, you’ll receive a distilled study guide, along with PowerPoint notes. You’ll also take daily quizzes and in-class practice roofing exams that provide instant feedback as to what you should study.

GET YOUR PUBLIC ADJUSTER LICENSE WITH US!

WE TEACH TO THE TEST!

The Class is offered in person or via ZOOM!!

Can a Contractor also be a Public Adjuster?

Yes!!! In Illinois a contractor can also act as a Public Adjuster. This allows the Public Adjuster to create a fair scope of work and then recommend his own company or affiliate to do the repairs. In most instances, the property owner chooses the Public Adjuster’s recommended construction firm. If the client chooses a different contractor, the Public Adjuster still makes his commission on the claim, often 20-30%.

The next Class will commence:
October 13th - 15th

9am-4pm

Call me please, so I can tell you how we can help you pass the State exam or apply for the license!
